Matthew Dueñas

Matt is a Portfolio Manager for Grove Bank & Trust. In this role, he works to provide comprehensive guidance to clients regarding investment, tax, banking, insurance, and trust and estate needs. Prior to joining Grove Bank & Trust Matt worked in the asset servicing division of BNY Mellon as a Performance Analyst providing back and middle office operational support for the largest hedge fund in North America. Matt eventually transitioned into Wealth Management where he held roles as a Portfolio and Wealth Analyst. In these roles, he collaborated with Wealth Managers

and Client Strategists throughout the Southeast to provide advanced analytics on current and prospective client investment portfolios. Matt then took on the role of Associate Wealth Manager where he assisted Senior Portfolio Managers while managing his own book of clients. Matt graduated from the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently resides in Miami where he enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, art, and photography.
